Battle Creek’s Food Bank needs your vote on July 4th

The Food Bank needs your help to win a Toyota Highlander Hybrid to continue the good work that we do at the Food Bank.

The mission of the Food Bank of South Central Michigan is to feed hungry people by collecting and distributing food and grocery products, advocating for hunger-relief programs and collaborating with others who address basic human needs.  The vision of the Food Bank of South Central Michigan: We believe that no one should go hungry & we are dedicated to building and sustaining a community that makes grocery products accessible to all people.

Rose Miller, Director of Member Agency Relations has to use her vehicle to do most of the work for the Food Bank. She said a new car would be a benefit to her and the staff.

In addition, it provided an affordable advertising source for small businesses in the community.
